Siren PS2 - more horror to survive; now with vids

This game doesn't seem to have been mentioned much here - is anybody still interested in yet more survival horror? I notice there's a demo of the Japanese release available here - which seems a bit pointless as the full game is slated for an early November release.

There were some screens & info in Edge, looking suitably foggy & atmospheric - the official website is here if anyone's brave enough.

    Anyone interested?

EDIT - Magic Box have some details & vids - http://www.the-magicbox.com/game100703g.htm

Absolutly. I cant wait for this one, Survival Horror is one of my faviourite genre's perhaps because the nature of the games are more mature and adult. Im hoping Siren up's the ante in terms of its content and shock elements, it looks very promising so far.

Yeah, I think I'll preorder this even if I don't understand ****, it looks to be pushing the survival horror genre forward from what I read in Edge.

Oh yes. I don't normally use this phrase at all, but this game looks 'heavy'.

Of course, what would be really handy would be if the Jpn release had a full English option, a la Silent Hill 2 & 3.

After seeing the video I must say that I'm with marcus.

            It's looking great.

I'm pretty interested in this but don't think my translating skills will be quite up to the task. Any news on a US/European release date?

Looks interesting, I like the idea of seeing a single disaster through the eyes of many different characters ( ala Eternal Darkness ), although it's a shame those vids don't actually seem to have any gameplay footage in them.

I read the article in prescreen and it sounds like a really unique concept for a survival horror.

                  Plus it looks scary.

As a PS2-less survival horror fan, this and Crimson Butterfly are going to be taunting me for the next few months...

saw this at ECTS, looked right good.

                      Sony in innovation shocker!

or do they wish to pwn the survival horror market?
