I just got back from a Street Fighter 4 competition in Tokyo for Tougeki in September.
I didn't get past the first round but I took some videos of generally what a tournament in Japan is like. It was a 2 on 2 tournament with the winner granted a place in the final at the Tokyo Game Show.
It was my first time to a Japanese tournament, the competition as expected was tough, but it was lots of fun seeing high quality matches and playing against high quality opponents.
This would be considered a regional heat so I'll definitely be having another go in another area next week!
