Atlus confirmed the US version of Dragon's Crown will be available during summer; no precise date of release, but the PS3 verison will cost $50, the PSV one will be $40.

Games looks interesting and chaotic at the same time... I luv scrolling beat em ups like any other retro fan here, but I get the feeling it's going to be a button masher with a stupidly busy screen... Ala marvel vs capcom style OT visuals...

Hope I'm wrong of course... the 2D look reminds me if Odin Sphere for some reason...

            That'll explain it then! Thanks...

I want to get in on this, but ?6000+ apiece for the Vita and PS3 versions is a particularly bitter pill. Japan could really do with embracing the 'cross-buy' thing.

Has any third party publishers actually done the cross buy thing (outside of indie devs on PSN)?

I only really remember Sony first party titles being part of the initiaitve?

I'm in the US then...would I have a chance finding this in a shop? Or is their niche game market as online only as ours?

Physical copies are available in NA. Out in August though, a month or so later than Japan.

I meant more as in...physical copies not being easy to find in actual shops and have to be ordered online (like anything slightly niche in the uk) rather than them being digital only

Ah, OK. In this case, no idea. I think Atlus will try their best to distribute the game to every retailer they can, and the game isn't particularly obscure.
