    360 Platformer/Adventure Games

Not often I ask for something like this but after seemingly getting quite bored with gaming I decided to give Beyond Good and Evil HD a go as I'd never played the original.

Long story short, I couldn't stop playing it and as I'm nearing the end I'm getting a little depressed that I'll have nothing to play again.

So what I'm asking is are there any other similar games out there on the 360?

    Tippity-top -

XBLA - Banjo Kazooie, Banjo Tooie
    BC - Psychonauts

Rest - Mini Ninja, Open Season, Crash of the titans/Mind over Mutants, Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 1 (BC), Ratatouille (but the PS2 version is better).

Majin is probably the closest thing to BG+E

Darksiders is very similar to Zelda, that may help to scratch your itch.

Alice Madness Returns is like a PS2 platformer. The PS2 game Brave was ported over as well.

The Rango movie game is surprisingly good fun. I really enjoyed playing through that.

You don't think so? Not quality wise, though it's good. But isn't the gameplay of BG+E quite platformy and Zelda-y? That's basically Majin. I haven't played BG+E for some time though.

Surely Super Meat Boy is the best platformer on the 360?

Another vote for Kameo. A chronically underrated game that didn't deserve the mediocre reviews it received at launch. One of my favourite 360 titles, actually. For the price it surely goes for these days, it's a must buy in my eyes. Excellent Zelda-a-like with some very cool unique ideas thrown in there to boot.

Not exactly similar to BG+E though

Yeah I really enjoyed Kameo, got it with my 360 at Launch.

Completely forgot that I had the Banjo games downloaded so I think I'll finish off the first then play through the second one.

Is Super Meat Boy really that good? I keep getting tempted to pick it up.

I'll look into everything everyone's suggested so far though, feel free to add more if you can think of any.

Super Meat Boy is awesome and Charlie's right, it is the best platformer on the 360. It's one of those games you'll either be good at and love, or you'll hate it because you're not that good so it frustrates you, though. Definitely give the trial a go.

I'm just looking through my list of games played on 360.

Quite a bit of variety but possibly a few things that match genre or gameplay to a certain extent. BG&E is a very special game though

                            Tomb Raider: Legend
                            Kameo
                            Banjo Kazooie/Tooie
                            The Maw
                            Mini Ninjas
                            Prince of Persia
                            Hydrophobia
                            Fable 2
                            De Blob 2
                            Stacking

Although I haven't finished Majin yet (it could step up a few gears towards the end but I highly doubt it, zzz) but everything that made BGE a gem is lacking in Majin. They barely match each other on a base gameplay level and it would only make a recommendation list for post BGE game due to the poor lineup of adventure games this generation.
