R-Type Tactics is a cheapie to look out for. I'm vaguely getting to grips with it, and it seems like it has some potential.

The 3rd Birthday.

I would take a cautious approach to this, maybe borrow it but if it gets you then it is fantastic. It got me and I completed it and have started a new playthrough. Nonsense story but fast and frantic gunplay with beautiful presentation.
My favourite game this year.

God of War Ghost of Sparta.

Better than the already great PSP original. Stunning visuals and more of the same gameplay that the series is known for.

Sega Rally.

A superb arcade racer in the view of the recent XBLA game. Much better handling though and to be honest, a much nicer looking game. Good challenge level too and some classic cars in there.

Fantastic collection, this. The Star Soldier series really seems at home on the PSP and the Caravan modes are great for bus rides.
