Tomorrow Sega's Diva/Mirai team will reveal the next Hatsune Miku game. Best guess is Diva 3 for the Vita.

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Next

The Vita version will arrive this summer with the PS3 version arriving in early 2013. Sadly, the Vita version uses touch screen controls but arrives so early before the PS3 version it's still the one to go for in the first instance.
