Well, you can that that Gary Moody is an idiotic moron.

Nearly choked on my Ricicles when I saw that... Personally, I think Gary Moody is the greatest person to have every existed. But anyway...

The topic is when you have been printed, shown or mentioned in a games magazine or similar. It's not too tricky, and it gives you a huge ego boost when you see your name in print (or in my case, pixels).

So come on, give me your best moments in print. My personal favourite is being in the first issue of Edge I ever bought, issue 100. Now that's classy.

I've been in PCZone a few times, but only under my TFC alias of [TA]Amnion. Helps when Phil Wand is in the same clan! He did a piece on IRC, which had me saying something completely random and rather odd (don't remember what though).

My friend who works on PSM2 mag used my alter ego (Kung Fu Ramone) as the basis for a custom wrestler in a review for one of the WWF games. Wasn't happy I can tell you!

The PS2 site I was editor of got mentioned in some mag (can't remember which mag).

Been mentioned in the credits for a few PC game manuals

Other than that, the official guide for Kingpin had strategies for the multiplayer levels I did for the game. No mention of myself mind, but it's cool someone sat down and developed strategies for something I created

Oh, almost forgot. Was interviewed by some major US newspapers (LA Time, Village Voice are the only ones I remember) about Kingpin when all the controversy was surrounding it (it even got a mention in the senate).

I haven't been in a games mag, but I've had my pic in the NME, and I've been shown a hell of a lot on MTV2 (and a few times on MTV), during their live performance of 2+2=5 by Radiohead that's currently gracing the airwaves. Check for me near the end, i'm the dorky guy with long hair who's singing along.

Actually, maybe I have been in a games mag... I think I got a couple of letters printed. Maybe in Super Play? Definitely one in PC Review, about 8 years ago. Maybe longer...

Had several letters on Digitiser - Teletext during the early 90s. Most of them were about upgrading ZX81s to Super Nintendos using a slice of toast covered in marmite, most were drivel, but the more drivelish it was the more likely they were to print it.

Had a couple of letters printed in Mean Machines Sega (although at the time I worked in a house that one of the guys who worked for Emap was staying at) and they also printed a few pictures of my friend Natasha Murray, some nice Sonic and Tails artwork that looked well done and none of this kiddie drivel, although colour pictures in monochrome loses it's edge.

Been in various national newspapers around the world (well in Holland and Finland anyway...)... :P

Had two player's guides featured in ACE Magazine all those years ago - one for Carrier Command and another for Bad Dudes vs Dragon Ninja.

I?ve had a stupid letter and similarly stupid comic strip in separate issues of CVG about 7 years ago.

More recently odd bits of my HL mod work pop-up in various mags ... mostly Natural Selection.
