Interesting article that tries to back up arguments with facts from a survey they did.
Check out the "ease of working with" chart in the "Why is this happening" section. Pretty damning about XBLA.

I agree on the "difficulty of finding content" - xbox dash is atrocious in a few key areas.

Is this the same one they posted on Eurogamer where most of the 'things that have to change' they're asking for are things that are more likely to be *coming* to iPhone dev than they are to be removed from XBLA dev? (I mean seriously, saying that they shouldn't have to go through the ESRB? On a console vaunted for it's parental control system? Not happening).
