Sequence (Rhythm-RPG) coming to Steam on October 20th

    Sequence Coming Soon To Steam?

Rhythm-RPG action comes to Valve?s Digital Distribution Platform

LOS ANGELES, CA, October 6th, 2011
? Sequence, the critically lauded rhythm/RPG hybrid from indie developer Iridium Studios, is coming to Steam on October 20th. A mere $4.99, Sequence will include both Steam achievements and Steam cloud saves, offering a fantastic value for the upcoming holiday season. A new and hilarious trailer is available to commemorate the event.

The first of Iridium Studios? titles, Sequence features over 12 hours of gameplay, 90 minutes of recorded dialogue, and 28 tracks from Ronald Jenkees and Michael Wade Hamilton. Players switch back and forth between three separate streams of notes, fending off enemy attacks while maintaining a constant barrage of offensive and defensive spells. The art and character design were completed by Wendi Chen.

?We?re extremely happy to be working with Valve to get Sequence into the hands of as many gamers as possible,? said Jason Wishnov, CEO of Iridium Studios. ?Come February, we will probably ask them to be our Valentine.?

For more details about the series, including the official launch trailer, cast, and screenshots, please visit www.playiridium.com.
This is awesome. Eurogamer 9/10, Edge 8/10, among others. When you can buy it, buy it.

(Also available on Xbox 360 right now, if you'd prefer.)

Definitely, best thing about Steam other than the bargains & excellent catalogue is the indie greats. Can't wait!

This is now out! And if you've got an active GAF account, you can get it fo' free. Otherwise it's a few quid, but way more than worth it.

I'd imagine I'd find this boring, unless you can ramp up the difficulty..

Oh man, while first look it really makes it look oh so simple. But man first impressions are so far from the truth.

I got my free code about an hour or two ago and man, i can't really believe how deep it is coming from such a simple and brilliantly executed idea.

Just switching and chaining the three panels together just makes you feel oh so darn good! The crafting system and loot dropping underneath is just another delicious layer to add to it.
