I'm game. Could be a wheel of some sort...

Something about the crude moulding screams Sega Saturn to me. It's also fixed with a Phillips-head screw, which indicates a console from an earlier age.

              Great pic. Best one yet

You can just about make out the controller port or volume slider on the right. Because of the screw, you know it's a photo of something that's been placed upside down. The circular cutout could be possibly there to help the removal of a game cartridge.

First thought was the PC Engine Coregrafx. Close but no cigar. The GT was all black, so that's out. However, then there was the the LT. Check pic, *ding ding ding*

Yep, it's a PC Engine LT.

Sorry about the noise – not enough light in my house!

Japanese gamecube box, the bit where the instructions go, i'd recognise that angled plastic anywhere lol.

My first thought was that Real World Golf thing on PS2. Then I thought maybe a gameboy camera? I actually think it's neither, which is frustrating, as it strangely seems to resemble both slightly.

Does look the right size for some weird GBA cart.
