The arcade original looks pretty dated these days. I play it wiyh my son through mame on the 40 TV with propper scan lines and yet it still looks very dated. TMNT in Time still looks good though.

          Classic retro sound effects though.

I think a lot of people here are going to be disappointed, the game hasnt aged well at all. Rose tinted specs an'all.

Always a concern for me. There are many games that I have fond memories of playing as a kid. Some of these have received the update/re-release treatment but I've been wary of them and have avoided the majority, because I've thought 'you know what? I'll keep that fantastic memory and not have it tainted' One of many things to reflect on when I'm sat in the bath at the age of 80:-)

Maybe that's just me, I dunno

Very few games age well for me that I played as a kid, especially arcade ones. Home gaming is a different matter, probably because of ****ty 50hz Amiga and console gaming kept my expectations low when revisiting them.

There was something more glorious about ol skool arcade gaming for me, probably to do with the excitement of seeing graphics you couldn't get at home and the fact they were so expensive to play!

I don't think people will be let down at all, unless they charge a stupid price. The game was never about deep gameplay just brilliant multiplayer fun set to a superb backdrop.

                  I cannot wait for this.

This really hasn't aged well. Now if they were to release wwf wrestlefest that would be something to cheer....

Wrestlefest was a good larf back in the day although not sure how people would feel bashing the buttons constantly to win a grapple.

About 13 years ago, during the Stone Cold era, I dreamed of a Wrestlefest sequel.
