XOP game developer, are you out there?

I didn't know where to post this so if it's in the wrong section, mods please move it to the right area.

A few years back I was given a few builds of a Dreamcast shooter that was in development for a independent release. I was given these builds for play testing. Unfortunately the game was never completed on Dreamcast. For the life of me I can't remember who gave me these builds and I want to ask for his permission to release them to the public. This is the point of this topic.

So if you are out there, please get in touch to give me the yeay or nay on this release.

I don't want to tread on any toes which is why I'm seeking permission.

Didn't Udderdude from the shmups forums develop XOP? You could always try there.
