I need to go that ping test when I get home but I'd say mine now feels pretty low, it's not perfect but certainly not low enough to affect the experience and remains higher than pretty much most other online FPS's I've played. Better experience than BF3 was.

You're missing the ' I can't connect at all ' option, it's some net gear incompatibility or something, anyway, yeah I can't get past the main menu in multiplayer unless I change my router, ace

yeah it's a bit finnicky, always has been. I lived somewhere with a very complex network setup that was out of my hands and the only live title that wouldn't work was COD.

What model of router have you got Largo?

Yes. Do you play MW3? If so, notice any crazy lag in killcams?

ctn's proves that the lag compensation is not the only problem and that my skillz need honing for this game a lot. Even though I'm fine in MW2.

Are you close to the exchange? If so, then you can ask to be changed from interleaved to fastpath without too much risk of errors (witness mine). Or get some super fast cable or optical connection.

Or if you ISP is plop then change to someone more useful.

I only play Fifa 12 tbh and I find that to be fine online. Is my connection crap in general or just for MW3? All the online games I have played, Shift, NFS HP, Forza3 and Fifa have been generally ok.

here is screenshot - you think I have a chance to get line changed? I am on 16mbs connection so should be near to the exchange.

I don't know. You'd have to google stuff - no idea who to go about it with Sky. They might not even let you.

I've seen my fair share of bull**** in Killcams, but on the whole the game is OK for me and no worse than previous games. Actually, its probably better since 9v9 Ground War is actually a viable option this time. In previous CoDs, that mode was just a severe lagfest for me.

Bang on 50ms for my ping. Having said that the local exchange is getting upgraded in 3 or 4 months, so it should improve.
