Nintendo Release Schedule: Quarter 1 2012

Nintendo has revealed a list of first and third-party games coming to its platforms early next year.

Nintendo has done what all the companies should regularly do and once again conveniently laid out its PAL release schedule for the first chunk of 2012. It's as follows:

    Nintendo 3DS
?Resident Evil Revelations (Capcom) - 27th January 2012
    ?Nintendo 3DS Circle Pad Pro - 27th January 2012
    ?CRUSH 3D (Sega) - January 2012

?Doodle Fit (Gamelion Studios)- January 2012
?Hidden Object Show (Intenium Console GmbH) - January 2012 (Benelux)

    ?Mario Party 9 (Nintendo) - March 2012
    ?Pok?Park 2: Wonders Beyond (Nintendo) - March 2012
    ?Winter Sports 2012 (PQube) - Q1 2012
?We Sing Pop (Nordic Games Publishing AB) - Q1 2012
?We Sing 80's (Nordic Games Publishing AB) - Q2 2012

We all know that the megaton release on that list is obviously Mario Party 9 but Last Story and Pandora's Tower are probably the biggies

There's a disturbing lack of Animal Crossing on that list.

        Looking forward to:

        Luigis Mansion
        Last Story
        Kid Icarus
        Pandora's Tower

Nintendo are pumping out the games I'm interested in lately. Which is odd as it's always been only a few games a year I have ever purchased or been interested in for Nintendo consoles.

Kid Icarus and Luigi's Mansion 2 for me. Sure, The Last Story and Pandora's Tower would be nice, but NOA will get them out in 2013. The joys of owning a US system.

2012 is the only detail given for Layton!? That's probably a good thing seeing as that will be the game to push me to get a second (probably US) 3DS, but it was a launch title in Japan!

I'll probably go for Revelations, Icarus and Tekken on the 3DS, and Last Story / Pandora's Tower for the Wii. I'm curious about Sega's "Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure" though, what is that?

Apparently it's a mix of rhythm, puzzle and adventure games.

So, Professor Layton with slick dance moves perhaps?

                I'm gonna go for
                -Resident Evil Revelations
                -Kid Icarus
                -Tekken 3D Prime
                -Luigi's Mansion 2
                -Professor Layton 5
                -Boom Street
                -Last Story
                -Pandora's Tower
                -Mario Party 9

It's funny that Crash Time 4 is called that seeing as it isn't Crash Time 4 at all but an original game instead.

It's one of the games that im eagerly awaiting, basically a rhythm game. Seems similar to rhythm tengoku in some respects

^^^ I don't know what's going on there but it looks interesting. Pick it up when it drops below ?10 (which it probably will)

Where's PW VS Layton? Or is that a Jap only title (I haven't been keeping an eye on it)?

Only 4 or so 3DS games for me on that whole list. Is there going to be an Advance Wars 3DS at some point? They could use the same 3D effect people seem to rate from Ghost Recon...

PW vs Layton is indeed still a JPN only title. I'd expect it by the end of 2012 though.

Yup the Inazuma 11 ds games always come in pairs, just like pokemon they are identical but will have teams that are exclusive to each version.
