A brilliant start to the year, traded tons in and bought nothing. February won't be so cheap due to the Vita launch but I should overall be able to curb it enough to stay within reasonable levels.

It?s been a great start to the year, let?s hope it continues.

Brought a few novelty iPhone games after buying a new 32 Gigabyte 4th Generation iPod Touch so that did not break the bank. And despite owning more than a few games that have not been completed over Christmas, I soaked up a few bargains, along with buying back Modern Warfare 2. Battlefield 3 & Modern Warfare 3 just did not cut the mustard.

February should be quiet but I?ll pick up the Metal Gear Solid HD collection somewhere down the line.

My first post in this thread of 2012. And my first post is neither good or bad. It's less than I spent in January 2011, but it's still more than I wanted to spend. What tipped it was being able to get hold of a copy of Tales Of The Abyss on 3DS. But I don't see much on the way in the near future (no PS Vita for me) so I should be able to keep the spending under control.

Was a bit of a jinx posting that this morning...saw Malc on here was selling MW3 for ?20 and I had been looking for a cheap copy of that or BF3 the past week or so. Ever so slightly over the ?15 budget for games but I doubt that can be found cheaper.
I'm still up on money though as I sold a handful of games this month for ?40.

I do enjoy seeing your spending spree updates haha. You mentioned Half Life in the recent blog and then suddenly you have the Orange Box added to the list That reminds me I still need to grab my Orange Box back from someone, it's a pain when people fail to return borrowed games.
