Only a 6 for RE Revelations? Ooh. Well, I'm getting it anyway. Pretty low score though. And, on the flip side, the Soul Calibur V score is higher than I was expecting. Not really sure why (probably just the designs) but I haven't been expecting much from it.

Sold all my copies, don't like edge anymore, and with the web and forums at my fingertips, i felt it an overrated and up its own arse unnecessary expense.

Havent bothered with edge for years.....it takes itself too seriously for a gaming mag.

Some of their scores are just far out just for the sake of being so.

first copy I have bought in years as I needed something to do whilst I "watched" the Villa/Everton game in the pub yesterday afternoon.

find it very hard to read now, style not to my liking at all.

as for the Flatout review, I thought it explained quite well why it was so poor in comparison to the last game but i think the 1 is just to grab attention.

No one said subscription cancelled yet . SCV can`t wait to buy it as I`m a big fan 8 is nice to see. Not sure what their beef was with RE: Rev interested to read as they seemed quite positive in the small paragraphs under the screen shots.

On my recent trip back to the UK picked up a copy of Edge. What a disappointment, such bland uninteresting and condescending　writing. Don’t know how it still sells so many copies when Games TM is much more approachable, yet still manages to keep an intelligent tone.

Really curious to see what the reasoning was for Flatout 3. The games not gone down well anywhere but the vids on youtube don't show anything to suggest a score that low.
