Considering Sony charge ?7.99 for some of the more popular PS1 classics I would say that you're looking more in that range really, if not more.

These will have to be upscaled and enhanced surely? Otherwise the PS3 is just emulating the PS2 and as well all know, it can't do that.

They could probably do some kind of per-game psudo-emulation, making adjustments for the limitations in the emulation. The would explain why they PSN Store hasn't exactly been flooded with PS2 games.
