    Topdown/birdseye-view Shooters.

So I replayed Loaded on the psx again today, Its such a good game, it was one of my favourite games at the time. I also really enjoyed 'Take No Prisioners' on the PC http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkZ-6FXV-nY

I was wondering if anybody could recommend some games in the same vein.
    Cheers.

The year is 2191 and the galaxy stands on the brink of war. Only the Interplanetary Corps

    Millennium Soldier: Expendable on dreamcast/pc/ps1
    Re:Loaded (sequel to Loaded) PS1
Alien Swarm on PC free if you have steam, multiplayer focused though.

Sure there are loads out there, that's just a few from top of my head.

If you have access to an Amiga then you need Chaos Engine

That was just about my best topdown shooter ever & possibly one of my best games period.
Simply sublime & great fun in Muliplayer

Alien Breed is way up there as well.

Shock Troopers and ST: 2nd Squad for the Neo Geo.

Do Cannon Spike and Zombie Revenge (DC) count?

Oooh Zombie Revenge is awesome loved that back in the day...seem to remember it being hard as nails as well.

If we are including Isometric shooters then I loved the Crusader series (No Remorse & No Regret) they were brilliant & available on Saturn & PS1
