      That's not a mock-up. It's a screenshot taken from the future

This is ridiculous. It's ?25 for me to buy all the DLC using Origin points or for ?12.99 I can buy the Ultimate edition of the game from Play, with all the DLC (including what I already have AGAIN!) Plus the Awakenings expansion too. I think perhaps this is *my* future of gaming. Wait for the ultimate edition of everything. Apologies for constant moaning but this first world problem has really wound me right up. It's just a horrible way of doing things.

10 per cent lower than the games' standard boxed RRPs
So, still more expensive then ;-)

The thought was there but they need to be looking at 30% lower than store RRPs for starters and then a price reduction slope over the first year or two. Just my opinion.

"10% less than the games' standard boxed RRPs"

Note RRP. It's already cheaper for a boxed copy of Uncharted from Amazon if prices are similarly discounted 10% against RRP (?34.95 as opposed to ?40.49) for UK downloads.

Erm its not going to go from ?49.99 for reach way after release, to being available at launch digitally 30% cheaper than retail in such a small amount of time.

The point is its starting to go that way. Day one releases at any kind of discount will certainly be incentive enough for many.

As for the rrp thing, well if its day one pricing then its still alluring.

Also its 20% cheaper than game!!!

EDIT: Also, as retailers themselves seem to be selling codes they are likely to sell them at competitive prices just like the boxed alternatives, so that 10% in theory should carry through any price deviation from rrp...at least on or around release time.
