Coming soon from Tell Tale Games comes another episodic series, this time based on the popular zombie license. It's not entirely clear what form the game takes but I think everyone will be hoping for more point and click and less Jurassic Park style QTE.

I thought I'd read somewhere it was point and click (at least I hope so). Nice to see this is following the timeline of the comics, too rather than the rather messy TV series.

I've not read the comics but after witnessing the nosedive the TV series took I can't say i'm overly excited by the name any more.

This will be an insta buy for me, regardless of reviews. The Walking Dead is my favourite comic series - can't get enough

Trust me, the comics are so much better than the TV series it's unreal. That things gone of on such a tangent that I don't think they can ever bring it back now.

Do yourself a favour and track down the comic compendiums when you have some spare cash, you won't regret it.

First Trailer Revealed



Doesn't really reveal much about the gameplay. Art style aside it most reminds me of the Jurassic Park games...

If this is like the Jurassic park game It may not follow either the show or the comic exactly, but rather have its own story that takes place at the same time as Rick and co's story.

Quite liking the look of that, apparently its priced at $5/400msp an episode, total of 5.
May just wait for full season pack.

The first episode (which has incidently been getting good reviews) is now out on the PC, though anyone thinking about buying it might want to hold off a few hours as its suprisingly cheaper to buy on consoles. The PC version is ?20.99 on steam for the full season pass where as on Consoles it is ?15.99 on the PSN (or 3.99 an epsode) or they are 400 points each on Xbox live

There is also an ipad release planned, though I think that will also be more expensive than the console versions as jurrasic park was ?4.99 an episode.

Im not sure why all the versions arent the same price really.

As episode 2 rolls out on XBL and PC, the PS3 version is missing and it seems angered Season Pass owners have been venting on social media sites. Telltale says they're working with Sony to have the missing second episode released ASAP.

I've got the season pass but haven't done Ep 1 yet so I don't mind

The reasons they give for it are nonsense too...its a new game released in the EU already not some obscure japanese anime tie in.

Anyway...got it downloading on the xbox as we speak but am off out to watch Spiderman and need the last 3 chhevs on Lollypop Chainsaw so I can trade it in friday so will have to wait a bit. High hopes tho as Ep1 was great and this is nearly twice as big a file so will be twice as good!
