SOA! SO FREAKING A!!!! That is seriously one of the best Sega games ever made imo. With Shenmue 1+2 and SOA on PSN it would be reliving my golden years of DC gaming all over again! ^_^

I really hope this is true this time. OI brought both games in Japanese on release, and both in English on US release plus the Xbox edition. I have not played these in a number of years now. I hope they have aged well. I hope they have updated them for the modern world.

I do hope they promote these well to gain interest for a third game. I do think a 3rd game has to be announced with the release of the first or both games if they do release them or stagger the releases.

I think the story of epic gaming master pieces released but gamers never got the final game would be damaging for Shenmues chances on new gamers buying it if they fell they won't get the play the entire story.

I really do hope Sega spend abit of money updating the graphics into a modern looking game and not just upscaile the orginal game. For a 3rd game to happen the orginal need to feel relavent to todays gamers. I remember when I was younger people going on about arcade perfect versions of Pacman, Galaxia etc on 16 bit machines but I couldn't see what the fuss was as I didn't remember them in the arcades and I feel if they jsut re-released Shenmue as is it would be the same feeling for the younger generation.

I just hope they manage to keep the orginal games 100 intact without butching the orginal sound track like with Sonic CD on Iphone or Crazy Taxi.

With Jet Set Radio, VF5:FS and maybe, just maybe, Shenmue HD this could be a very good year to be a Sega fan.

Could this be the first tiny glimmer of hope that we might finally get Ryu out of that bastard cave??? Only a Panzer Sequel could get me more excited right now.
