Soul Reaver Resurrection?

A report on VG247 has suggested that for their post-Tomb Raider project, Crystal Dynamics are set to reboot the Kain series with a new Soul Reaver title. SquareEnix has previously polled fans on theoretical names and CD are known to have a hidden title in the works. With Squares eagerness to bolster its licenses this would make perfect sense.

and yes a hd remake of blood omen is much needed. bought the psx version the other day and by god that version is terrible.

Yeah Soul Reaver 2 is great stuff and the main twist is excellent. Fantastic voice acting too boot.

I wish Eurogamer would report this correctly, there just remaking the previous games they made having stolen the series from Silcon Knights, hence why you won't see the original Blood Omen. As CD only published Blood Omen they didn't make it, they did make Soul Reaver onwards however, the writing for Eurogamer really is crap.

Interesting to see what they do with it series had a great story but some up's and down's interms of gameplay and yes they should start from Blood Omen.
