BOOM! The first Macross game on the PS3. The "Hybrid" bit comes from the fact that it has the game and movie on the one disc, so you can enjoy the movie on a regular BD player.

EDIT: Hold up, they did this with Macross F: Sayonara no Tsubasa too? D'oh. Ok, second game on PS3 then.

Hmm, ALL Macross games apart from the Super Famicom games are crap due to the dev'. The SFC game was made by Winky Soft.
I wouldn't get your hopes up just yet.

Slightly more on-topic, isn't Robotech: Battlecry supposed to be pretty good? Even though it's Robotech and not strictly Macross.
