It's coming up to one whole year since the moment Sony discovered the Playstation Network had been hacked and pulled it offline for several weeks causing condemnation, upset and debate throughout not just the gaming world but also the wider public as big questions were raised about online security. In its wake followed a raft of security failings through many different websites, portals etc as hackers progressively used the details to hack their way into the publics online accounts.
There were many criticisms made of Sony's handling of the situation at the time as the company seemed reluctant to provide information and updates to its users, only eventually making a very public apology at E3 and in special broadcasts some time after the hack and offering PSN users a selection of free content by way of compensation.
For some time however, some circles still questioned what the hack had raised in regards to security, the treatment of personal information, ownership of digital content and companies treatment of its users in terms of support.
Twelve months on have you returned to PSN? Has the hack and other sites failings changed your outlook on using network features? Have you changed how you use online features or personal details?
