Yeah true although at this stage I think they should blow the doors wide open on the edit mode for the next gen release using the Fox Engine. I am sure some will argue the point but with stuff like this being created at the community level they don't necessarily need the licensing rights.

Just make it truly accessible, easy to upload and install etc... Perhaps they should just put an insert in the game box with a link to the major community websites? I think the majority of PES players know this stuff exists but you have the average consumer who just thinks FIFA is instantly better just because it has the real-life pieces built in without factoring in anything else.

They probably want to stay well away from suggesting downloading any "proper" kits in case they step on any toes. But yeah, they should go nuts with Edit mode someday.

Option file V3 is out! As this will now work with the latest Konami DLC (which released earlier this week) and unfortunately borked option file V2, and reset everything.
