      I got my 4yr old Sonic Racing (with PS3 wheel attachment) for Xmas and he loves it, probably more than Mario Kart actually due to the fact that -

      - When you crash it spins you to face forward.

      - Time Trial ghosts are recorded after every lap so racing his own ghost is easier lap by lap rather than a whole race.

      - The vehicles & characters are more varied and more interesting to him.

      The arcade style countdown timer in Time Trial is a bit annoying as he can't get round some of the harder tracks in time though.
