$2.8bn is a lot of money. The mind boggles. Not much compared to their overall business, but it's still boggling.

Unlike the kotaku attention grabbing headline (it succeeded in grabbing my attention....) which states it was Playstation that made the loss, it was actually the entire CP&S division which includes TVs etc etc.
"This was primarily due to a decrease in sales of LCD televisions, PCs, digital imaging products including digital cameras, and the game business."
Still, not looking good for the division if it's all bundled into one loss making arena. Would be good to the more detailed breakdown. Is the gaming area stopping the rest of the division making an even huger loss for example, or is the loss shared equally across all bits of CP&S.
