Lost Planet: EX Troopers

EX Troopers is a new game by Capcom and is produced by Shintaro Kojima (from the Monster Hunter series). It's coming to Nintendo 3DS and Playstation 3 and follows a high school girl in a anima style cel-shaded world. The main twist being that the game is part of the Lost Planet series.

The first scanned images can be found through the link, oddly enough it looks absolutely nothing like anything in the LP series.

Looks like they're making up for LP3's beardy protagonist and Western outsourcing. With that said, I love LP so I hope that this'll get an English translation. Is it getting a physical release or is it download only?

That's the least of the worries.
The game bombed sales wise (especially PS3) not that it's a bad game.

It's all 3D artwork so I imagine you could just swap out the text layers (i.e. it's not that hard).

3DS version is fun too, shame I'll NEVER have ANYONE to play co-op with locally. BINS.
