Games where the player alternates between two realities

I was having a discussion with my friend the other day about games where it is possible to visit two worlds or to alternate between two versions of a same world like in Darkseed, Silent Hill or Soul Reaver - in these games it is required to make certain actions in one reality in order to affect the other and thus make progress.

Can you think of any games along these lines? Thanks!

The Legend of Zelda III: A Link to the Past and Ocarina of Time come to mind immediately. In Chrono Trigger you alternate between different times so it's basically the same thing. Radiant Historia on DS does this too with two different realities/time lines.

Edit: Oh and in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story you alternate between playing as Bowser and playing as Mario and Luigi inside Bowser.

Legacy of Kain Defiance does this with the Raziel sections, much like Soul Reaver 1-2. Zelda games often do this.

Final Fantasy 13-2 ...I think anyway, I got bored so far in.

The recent Spiderman: Edge of Time has you switching between the present and future worlds...no idea if it's any good mind.
Games like Metroid Prime 2 and Zelda TP have dark worlds that you have to switch to as well.

            day of the tentacle!

you play in the same place in 3 different time zones so actions in the past affect the future

              Deadly Premonition!!!!!!!111111!!!!!!!!!!!
              Nighttime.
              Rain time.
              Most of the time.

Flicks back and forth between realities a lot.

Doesn't Shadow of Memories have you zapping between different realities or is that just time travel?

I know there's a lot of that in Super Paper Mario; Nintendo seemed to have gone a bit 'alternate reality' crazy around that time with it featuring in Twilight Princess, Metroid and Super Paper Mario.

Ninokuni is 2 worlds that you travel between, you have to visit both quite a bit as you play.

Second Sight technically does this as well, without trying to spoil it.

Does Contact count? The DS game by Grasshopper that - unusually for them - isn't about ridiculous killing?

Sort of, but you don't actually jump into the rpg world. The curse sort of bleeds into the real world instead.
