I was thinking just the same thing, but i have a feeling it was Xbox pad due to the colours of the buttons. But if it was Wii U then damn, just shows what its potential was. If GTA5 can look as good as this then wow.

Watch Dogs looks nice, but probably will use uplay drm, if there is a PC version ^^
