Vivendi to sell off.. Activision?

Probably just hearsay but there is a little rumour going around that acti may be flogged as Vivendi need the $. Question is who the hell could afford them I'm thinking if true the only real possible buyers would be MS, Nintendo or Sony. Seems very unlikely anyways

That's before you even look at the Blizzard stuff (they are a pair remember)It would be an idiotic move on Vivendis part but companies that need cash have done dafter things when desperate to plug over cracks

The other stuff they own is struggling and with Acti performing well they may want to sell to paper over cracks in other areas of business they have then again with the trend of MMO slowly going free to play an COD getting ever closer to riding down the hill as opposed to up it maybe now is the time to extract maximum cash for it

while acti are huge in videogames they own a lot of everything

Didn't realise they owned so much! Share prices have been dropping for a while now, so maybe they are in trouble.
