    Perfection.

Games you would give a clear 10/10. I was thinking about this earlier, I've had a few come close, only for a certain stage/level, or particular part slightly dampening the experience, therefore, not a 10.

My list as of now...Will probably think of a few more.

    Super Mario Bros (NES) 10
    Castlevania (NES) 10
Streets of Rage 2 (MD) 10
    Gargoyles Quest (GB) 10
    Willow (Arcade) 10
    Son Son II (PCE) 10
    Shadow Dancer (Arcade) 10
    SFII (SNES) 10
    Shadow Dancer (MD) 10
    Crash Bandicoot (PS1) 10
    Sega Rally (Saturn) 10
Adventure of little Ralph (PS) 10
    Suikoden (PS) 10
    Rayman (Saturn) 10
    Diddy Kong Racing (N64) 10
    18 Wheeler (Dreamcast) 10
    SF 3rd Strike (Dreamcast) 10
    Virtua Tennis 2 (Dreamcast) 10
    God Of War (PS2) 10
    Ninja Gaiden (xbox) 10
Castlevania Lament of Innocence (PS2) 10
    Burnout 2 (GC) 10
    ICO (PS2) 10

    Mario Galaxy (Wii) 10
    Mario Galaxy 2 (Wii) 10
    LittleBigPlanet (PS3) 10

Good idea of stuff in there. Though I will happily post more in this thread if it gets going.

        This could get ugly...

There are actually very, very few games I would give 10/10 (or 100%, 5 stars or whatever). The only ones I'm certain of right now are:

        -Super Mario 64 [N64]
        -Super Metroid [SNES]
        -Resident Evil [PS1]
        -Tomb Raider 2 [PS1]
-The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past [SNES]
        -GoldenEye 007 [N64]
        -Demon's Souls [PS3]
        -Soul Blazer [SNES]
-Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 [have bought it on PSX, GBA and DC]

The ones that might make it someday:

        -Dead Rising [360]
        -Red Dead Redemption [360]
        -Super Mario World [SNES]
        -Resident Evil Code Veronica [DC]
-Command & Conquer Red Alert [PC]
        -Broken Sword [PS1]
        -Tekken Tag Tournament [PS2]
        -Sonic The Hedgehog 3 [MD]
        -Metroid [NES]
        -Htiman 2 [XBOX]

And the games that are very dear to me, yet don't "deserve" to be given a perfect score:

        -F-Zero [SNES]
        -Worms 2 [PC]
-Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver [DC]
        -Pikmin [GC]
        -Mario Party [N64]
        -Sonic Adventure [DC]
        -Guitar Hero 2 [360]
        -Theme Hospital [PC]
-CastleVania - Dawn of Sorrow [DS]

Feel like I've missed a couple important ones. Oh, well.

Don't think I have any anymore, I used to have a short list of them but the ravages of time have worn them down a bit and their faults too easy to spot.

                        Tempest 2000 & 3000.

Impossbile to choose a favourite. Both perfect creations, different enough to complement eachother. Old consoles come & go in our house, but the Nuon & the Jag remain. I always go back to these 2 games. There isn't a thing I'd change about them.

                        Notable mentions;
                        Super Mario World
                        Zelda OOT

It’s a tough one as games can age so quickly but newer titles that arguably better their predecessors are not always as ground breaking.

Super Mario 64 – Without question, the most perfect game ever made. It was a beautiful blend between breaking new ground with the technology, stunning new gameplay mechanics, analogue control and the most jaw dropping graphics I had ever seen. Its vice like grip over me will never soften and it remains the most magical Videogame I’ve ever played.

Gran Turismo 2 – Better looking, more expansive and more polished than the original, this was the best realistic racing game ever made. The sequels looked better and GT4 was arguably the most diverse, but sequel rot had set in and with no change to the formula over the next decade, this remains the pinnacle of The Real Driving Simulator.

Resident Evil 2 – The best adventure game I’ve ever played with the most solid world, best characters and most stunning atmosphere that has ever been constructed. It’s pacing is perfect with not a single lull in any of its story and as a testament, it’s my most completed game in my collection.

Doom – The original FPS that every game since has not been able to emulate to the same success. Doom is fun, fast, terrifying, serious, irrelevant, dark and light all at the same time. Other games in its wake have tried to copy one of those tiny facets but few have tried to copy the same formula with any of the same panache, except for the brilliant Duke Nukem 3D. You’ll be creeping through a deserted Moon base with flickering lights and satanic imagery one moment, next you’ll be setting off a chain reaction of barrels in a long corridor of pink demons sprinting at 80mph.

Ridge Racer Type 4 – The most perfect arcade racing game there’s ever been. Beautiful rollercoaster courses, sculpted through modern cities and valleys imbued with the most calming and relaxing atmosphere that has ever been produced for a racing game. This is more transcending than Rez and its 8 courses have been burned into my memory for longer than I care to mention. Perfection.
