Three for today to get us back on track. First up is the final entry in a series that started as a more serious Metal Slug style series of budget games late in the PS1's life and attempted to turn 3D for the PS2 era.
Game 016 - CT Special Forces: Fire For Effect
Playstation 2, Xbox - Description:
CT Special Forces: Fire For Effect will feature unique missions in the fight against worldwide terrorist networks. The game also benefits from a cutting-edge engine as well as a specific physics system. For the first time in this genre, physics will have a major impact on how you play the game.
In spite of being a totally new gameplay experience, CT Special Forces: Fire For Effect stays true to the franchise values through non-stop action, varied gameplay sequences and of course several characters to choose from offering distinctive abilities, vehicles and equipment.

Same version as meI pondered over the PS3 version briefly but it's a tad more expensive and I can't imagine it makes use of the added power.
CT Special Forces can be picked up pretty cheap, the skydiving and vehicle sections are good fun. The shooter bits more functional than anything else but overall not to bad a game.

*Deep Breath*
This is a big old series, I'm going to skip the first few entries as it was a proper series then, instead I'll focus more on the period where it was being raided heavily by it's various owners and audiences tired of its relentless release schedule and started to ignore it.
