Not that I recall. I have played all the major titles bar the DS games and noticed nothing. Maybe it shares a few similar notes at the start of the section but that is all.

The planets is a very influential piece of music, so it's not surprising if a zelda score has lifted elements of it. As for that section, it reminds me of one of the tunes you play on the ocarina... But I don't remember which one.
