Objection overruled! Gyakuten Saiban 5 announced with plans for western release.

Both the Gyakuten Saiban 5 producer and the Capcom USA Senior VP refuse to rule out a physical release of the game in the west, saying that it's up to the fans to provide enough demand for it.

Again, a physical copy will be the only way that I ever purchase it with my own money.

Hitting UK eShop on October 24th.

US and EU RRPs have been confirmed as $30 and €25 respectively. These work out as roughly ?19 and ?21 respectively.

I think we all know deep down that Nintendo will try to charge UK 3DS owners ?30 RRP. I'll be astonished if it's significantly less.

Again, no physical copy = no purchase for me.
