It's a rail shooter, what did they expect? Even the mighty Starfox 64 can be finished in about an hour.

Anyone got an opinion on Eledees? Played a bit of it a month back, seems pretty cool, pretty different. It's always below a fiver, too.
I found it the best launch game for the wii bar none, sure the controls could be a bit flaky sometimes & you occasionally get snagged on the furniture but the game was tons of fun. Trashing a house looking for those little buggers was really addictive then the whole fun of powering up your gun to the point where you could literally lift an entire house up & throw it down the street was amazing.

Still holds up pretty well today, would be awesome if they made another but with more refined controls. The artwork in the cutscene is some of the most beautiful i have ever seen, i'd kill for an artbook of that stuff.

Sin and punishment 2 is the best game on the system and is probally one of the games of the generation has a pretty deep scoring system and most of the level are as action packed as the whole game of the orignal sin and punishment the controls are spot on and really is only possible thanks the the wii mote a must buy.

I would also reckomend the Kororinpa games as they are amazing and work beatifully with the wii mote and a really challanging if you are going for the gold trophies or platinum in the sequel

Also Mercury Meltdown Revolution is another motion control maze game put introduce lots of puzzle elements it all kinds of amazing and just feel 100% spot on with motion control slipping around your mercury with a control pad it just feels wrong.

One game to avoid like the the plague is super paper mario it is just horrendous on every level there is no redeming features to it's gameplay its horrid from stiff platforming, plain puzzles and terrible combat . The game is based on a series with a rich hertiage of game worlds character and eniemes but super paper mario throws that good stuff out the window and thought it would be better to create the most bland world and character and enemies probally ever seen in a nintendo game .

What a bunch of tards.... (amazon peeps). It's like Call of Duty. You level up the more you score and then you unlock new weapons to play through with completely different properties and reloads and yes, do all the alternative routes. Idiots. They probably never got enough score to unlock anything. And also you play through on bikini clad enemies in water pistol mode, complete with water gravity physics. Or ninja mode with throwing stars.

The only review of Ghost Squad you need to read is the one I wrote for Bordersdown.

For this and S&P2 alone, the Wii is worth owning.

This thread inspired me to bust out Ghost Squad and the Nyko Pistol last night ... and a quick blast turned into a huge, arm-busting session. Simply a perfect light gun game. And definitely the best way to part with a fiver in a game shop.
