Halo 4 breaks Xbox Live

I can't get on Live and the message on the status webpage blames Halo 4 users.

Got disconnected from Live twice today while playing Halo campaign.

Didn't have any issues earlier when playing .. Halo 4 that is!

I had no problems...took AGES to upload to the Halo fileshare space but everything else was fine.
Except my usual Halo issue, telling me my NAT is not open when it definitely is, Reach was the same!!

Place the Xbox in a DMZ.

I was fine using Netflix from 9pm but when I disconnected at 10.30 and then reconnected again 5 mins later, it couldn't even display the giant Halo Advert on the dashboard.

Stats weren't saving properly either. I played quite a few MP games yesterday but it's only recorded 2, and only 1 of those has any stats attached to it. The other one says it lasted a minute and no one scored anything. Any games I played last night haven't been recorded at all. Lag was much more noticeable and frequent at times last night too.

Heavy user of live, didn't notice any issues out of the ordinary in the last week - been connecting just fine.
