Some of my birthday stuff turned up, rarely a week goes by without something youkai watch related coming in the post lol.

Official guidebook, complete box of ramune medal packs plus the eternally legendary corocoro comic which for the first time ever has a medal in it hence the rather prominant cover lol.


Also catching up with the taiko games, and this is why i LOOOOOVE Amazon Japan. For the price it would have cost me to get the game alone from any of the regular import places i got the game plus the guidebook & even a full box of taiko no tatsujin bachikyan sweets which have QR codes in to unlock content in the 3DS game all for the same price.


Managed to sneak in the free download deadline by a few days as the Japanese version of let it go is free to download in taiko only until the 31st of this month. Spent the last few mins unlocking a lot of the QR related stuff, love the costumes in this version. The QR codes scattered around various products & magazines making them hard to get. If anyone want them for their game just fire us a pm & ill send the link.

These are my faves, loving the 7-11 costume the most though.

So far im loving the new 3DS version it's got a really good song roster but if i hear f'ing Linda Linda one more time in a taiko game im going on a murder spree in the programming department bandi/namco lol, it's literally in every version like some form of taiko herpes or it just wont go away.

Oh Tenso is great i find that Amazon Jp provides pretty much all of my many import needs nowdays, they are pretty much cheaper than anywhere else i can find online plus it means i can buy other fun stuff from there too.

The latest and last SRW Masoukishin game on PS3 (LE of course), plus a couple of discounted Marketplace items - Battle Robot Tamashi for PSP and Ryu ga Gotoku Ishin for PS4.

Not that exciting for everyone, but good for me.

You can order direct from Amazon Jp no problems...if it's something Amazon themselves stock, you just need a new account as your UK Amazon account wont work

If you want to use Marketplace sellers like Importaku & Kryss do then you'll need a buying agent like Tenso to use to place the order for you as most don't ship outside of Japan

You can't order games from Amazon Japan in any form if you are not having them delivered within Japan.

books cd's & dvd are fine to order direct from amazon they will let you order them but anything else you will be blocked as soon as you try to goto the checkout, but once you have a tenso account you can add your tenso address as a secondary japanese address on amazon so anything that you want you just order & pay for as normal but it will head to your own personal warehouse space in tokyo

Once it's arrived at tenso they send you an email you just then log in & pay for the shipping to get it sent to you, light items are generally pretty cheap to get forwarded by tenso but the heavier the item the more it will start to cost. If you are buying multiple things you can use the consolidation service so you only pay shipping once. It's about 300 yen per parcel to consolidate.

Personally im loving it, the fees are not too harsh & it gives me full access to nearly anything i want from any online store i can find in Japan. There are still some japanese shops that will refuse to sell if they see you are using a tenso address but for the most part most don't care. I mainly use Amazon anyway for either stuff they have in stock or stuff from the marketplace sellers, some of the items i have bought i'd never be able to find at those prices on ebay or even find them available at all. Especially the youkai watch stuff it's like x10 more expensive on ebay.

Generally games from Marketplace sellers are 40% of what you'll pay from Play-Asia and places. I'm not planning on using Tenso anytime soon, nor do I want to take the piss with regards to what I send to my friend. He does like Crunchies so I send them to him to keep him sweet It also means I keep an eye on my spending that little bit more.

Yeah it's kind of a dangerous gateway, my importing has pretty much gone mad recently since i got access. Before i might get the odd import here or there from play asia but now it's importageddon

Ah you see that's where I got confused then.
I've pre-ordered a book on Amazon JP & it happily let me do it so I wrongly just assumed it was the same for everything.

Yes, I imagined you guys are ordering straight from Japan without a forwarding service in the middle. Frankly the procedure that Tenso requires is too much a hassle for me to get the service going. It's not like I'm buying much stuff anyway.

Finally have a hero, bank bankphone G. The red one belongs to Nagare didn't care much for the blue one it's a pretty cool toy even has a full colour touch screen & working camera plus the ability to generate QR codes that unlock content in the arcade & 3DS game. Also got a screen protector for it.
