Some new stuff for today, electronic upgrade bits for my 3DS relay a spanking mint copy of rockman ZX & my link figure finally turned up after what seems like forever since i preordered it.

Any shots of the SpillPass Pi setup with that wee screen? I usually turn mine on and let it dangle from the router, behind the desk- not too exciting to watch it cycling through MAC addresses.

Planning on adding an interface of sorts with a nice animated streetpass logo, yeah not too exciting seeing the text scrolling on the terminal screen but handy to have a screen to see if it's running ok plus because it's a touch screen i don't need a mouse just plug a keyboard in and im all set. Set up one of the buttons on the front of the case to act as a power switch so when pressed it initiates the command to boot it down safely which is really handy.

The Mario goods collection came off ebay, the before Mario book i got my friend in Paris to get it for me, it has a slightly different cover to the ultra hand white covered one as it's the limited edition.

If you liked all the Nintendo pre console toys the i definately recommend you pick up the before Mario book, i was hesitant as a lot of the toys are in the history of Nintendo vol 1 and didn't want a book full of repeats however in this new book there are a lot of new additions as well as some that were already covered in the previous book. The book covers 50 of Nintendos creations and each one has a couple of pages on it covering box art different view shots of the toy itself, adverts on the toy and even more cool some pics show it disassembled so you can see how it was put together, Each item is given a really nice photoshoot. I have taken a few pics but it's hard to show the overall feel without filling the thread with crazy amounts of photos.

Suffice to say i'm really pleased with it, the same high quality as all the other books, the Mario goods collection is just as cool if you were ever intersted in the merchandise it's amazing just how much stuff was made over the years.

Yeah it should be possible, with raspberry pi, going to look into seeing if it can be done from the terminal screen.

I enjoyed the original DS game so hopefully they haven't messed it up. It's coming out digitally too so you'll always be able to get it that way at least.

A teeny tiny book turned up today, paper mario super seal sticker book, has all the stickers from the game as actual stickers, the last few back pages are little scenes to stick them on, yeah that's not going to happen lol.
