Yep, have to say, the Vita is awesome.

I've kitted it out with a nice grip and some analog stick grips too. Makes it so much better for me.

Been buying up games on the cheap, but with PS+, I'm kind of reluctant to keep buying.

Anyone want to swap my brand new/sealed copy of Resistance for anything? Not something I'm too interested in on the Vita I don't think.

Can't wait to hook this bad boy up with the PS4.

Which grip and Analogs did you go for? Been thinking about doing this myself.

        Tried two grips:

        Went for this one (ebay):

It was good, but the handles weren't long enough for me, so I'm selling it on.

Went for this, and I prefer it (amazon):

        Analog stick caps are here:

I moved on to Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 + today. By my own admission I'm pretty rubbish at games, so finding this one pretty tough but still really enjoying it. Looks stunning on the Vita too, shame the camera is a pain in the arse sometimes and you can't get it in to a decent position during really hectic stages.

You need to get yourself Muramasa at some point.

Ordered it tonight funnily enough. Christ knows why, I have so much to play through, but it looks lovely.

Maybe you just want to hide them for games you borrowed but didn't like and just want to tidy up. I'll be using it to get rid of that bloody Singstar listing as it's a game I'll never play and I got it back accident by clicking on the icon on the XMB.

It doesn't work on every single game and I'm not sure why, there are a few that don't let you.
                To do it:
                Trophies App
                • PlayStation Network (To bring up all trophies, this may take time)
                • Select the game you want to hide
                • Select the settings bubble at the bottom right of the screen
                • Privacy Settings (If it doesn't have an option for that, you can't do it)
                • Unselect the "Show Trophies For This Game" box
                • Press OK and it will send the instructions to the server and it's done

You'll still get trophies for any game you hide and it doesn't your level and stuff, you'll still see the game in your own list but it won't be shared with other people.

At the moment it can only be done using the Vita but I imagine the PS3/PS4 will get the same thing at some point. Pretty useless for most people but it is there if you want it.
Can't check but have been told that this actually works for all games, the ones it wasn't working for are games that have separate DLC listings for trophies. To hide those you have you do the same thing but you have to go an extra level in to one of the DLC pack trophies or the main game trophies and then select the settings bubble at the bottom right of the screen.

Like I said I can't check it but apparently it does work.

Interesting article, not sure how much truth in it but could Sony be about to unveil a redesigned Vita at TGS? Would be storming idea to do so and to also announce a PS4/Vita bundle at same time, would make it even more attractive to buy.

I don't think there's anything wrong with the current model to be honest. I would rather they were concentrating on getting some great new games out than messing about remodelling the system.

I assume the remodel would be to make it more useable with the PS4?

I'm guessing what they are aiming at is something Akin to the Wii U gamepad & I'm not sure the reverse touchscreen thingy the Vita has would work so well in that respect??

A redesigned Vita would be a bizarre decision. The Vita's design is excellent (IMO) and clearly had a lot of time and money poured into it. It's also not the reason that the system isn't selling (lack of games and ambiguous market positioning being much more obvious culprits).

Agreed, it's the best designed handheld console to date. I do hope that the PS4 boosts sales for the system as it would be sad to see it die away, all of my gaming in the last couple of weeks has been on the Vita, I'm having to recharge it twice a day sometimes as I'm using it so much.

I don't own one myself but always felt it was the best designed handheld to date. Only thing I think it needs is improved battery life.

It is a really beautiful bit of kit and i agree a redesign is not really neceassay, would be nice if Sony would reduce the price of memory cards though. I will be buying one again to use with PS4 but am going to hold off until nearer the time.

The only real reason I could see for them redesigning it is to find ways of reducing their own costs per unit. That doesn't quite gel with additions suggested in that article but as other have said it does not need a redesign. It needs games.
