"New" Nintendo Trademarks

So imagine this wasn't a re-register and was in fact a new trademark. Could the "new" hardware/software release next year be something very odd.

Very odd as in a RE-RELEASE of the Famicom/NES with the advertising slogan "Back to basics" and "The home of your tv games". The idea being that Nintendo will develop new games for the system, the games will cost like ?5 a pop from a shop, or downloadable, iQue style, from the internet onto blank media at ?3 a pop.

Is this viable, completely absurd, or what else can you imagine they are meddling with?

My guess is that it has something to do with the anniversary of the Famicom in Japan. Perhaps they will release a special edition of the console?

Perhaps they'll do what Sega are doing and release a bunch of Fami things to download and play on your PC. Maybe.
