    Canadian / US DS Games

How are they sealed? Presumably they should still have the NINTENDO in red around them?

    Anyone know?

From the US ones i got i have never seen any with the red nintendo tear strip, they were all 3rd party games. Wonder if maybe only 1st party nintendo ds titles have it?

The ones i had were either shrink wrapped or they had folded cellophane.

Ok cool. Got a copy of 999 in a terrible looking shrikwrap. Wondering if it was fake or not.

My miles edgeworth came like that but it was 100% genuine, i wouldn't worry too much unless it looks "off" somehow print quality wise.

Front is fine but some of the text on the back is fuzzy. I guess I'll crack it open anyway and take a look.

The don't have the Nintendo pulltabs, although I've not bought one I can remember with shrinkwrap.

Only Nintendo own games may have the pulltab, and even then, not always, just higher quality shrink. Some of third party DS games have been wrapped in almost what I'd call clingfilm quality protection.

Cheers guys. Opened it. No manual. This is a re print with the Zero Escape branding. Even more confused now.

No manual? Now that is suspicious, i know they pulled that **** all the time with 3DS games but i don't know of any DS game that never came without a manual of some sort. All DS games should have a manual as they dont have built in instructions like 3DS games do.

999 should have a manual, or at least I'm pretty sure mine does.

Ok, ignore me, I looked harder and it was inside the stupid Health and Safety thing. Black and White mind...

You should have H&S in both English and French, same as the manual. Unless you bought it secondhand (I toss mine out).

I'll check mine when I get home, if I remember, as I have the US version of 999 here... can't remember what the shrink on it was though.
