I found Twilight to be miles better than WW. Dungeons in WW are ace but sailing is toilet.

Bar the triforce hunt I was alright with the sailing, never seemed much different than the usual horse runs. Twilight was a proper drudge of a game though and felt soulless next tobthe others, weakest 3D Zelda for me.

Why the EFF didn't they set the direction of the wind to the C stick, so you can change it at will, on the fly. Would have made the game approximately 96% more fun.

I heartily agree. Bloody hell doing that stupid wind change song EVERY TIME was a complete chore.

Worst Zelda of the bunch imo but the best to HD re-make. Good business decision too, Nintendo sure know how to wring a cloth until it is dry.

Wind Waker is the best looking game I've seen fullstop. I played it again recently in Dolphin and was stunned all over again. It's actually one of my fave Zelda's

this Nintendo direct videos are really something special. both funny and pathetic at the same time. so basically there wont be a new Zelda game for Wii U owners probably within the next 2 years and they try to brighten this bad news up by announcing a HD remake of an old Zelda game. great strategy.

It's a better strategy than releasing a new rushed Zelda game 16 months after the release of the last main entry. I mean Skyward Sword has been out for a little over a year for crying out loud.

LttP came out in 1991. OoT came out in 1998. OoT is the greatest game ever made. Therefore they need to spend at least 7 years making the next game if it is to be anywhere near as good. That's politics, innit.
