Aside from a few too many exclaimation mark-sounding quotes (you know what I mean... getting excited for the sake of it), I thought last night's GamePad was quite good. Like Matt Lucas especially - made me laugh.

And I'd rather be stabbed in both eyes with a rusty pitchfork than watch Gamesville. Games World was pretty average but compared to Gamesville, it's BAFTA-quality television.

I watch Gamezville for the Games Guru, who is a superb piece of TV entertainment.

I really ought to start watching these shows. They have satellite at my college. One channel just seems to show late at night, trailers for games with music playing. If they chose better trailers and better music, that would work really well.

I don't know any show names, but the Games Guru. Oh dear, oh dear, why does he dress up like that. I respect him totally for that in a funny way. As an amateur thespian who does only comedy roles (I can't do serious acting, not even if resulted in me finally getting Denise Richards in the sack), I can tell you it takes guts to ham up a role and make it your own. My favourite character will always be the ultra camp munchkin I played in the Wizard of Oz. Darling, I can tell you it brought the house down, sweetie. (Hey laughing at people who don't like Football is what passes for humour up North unfortunately

He has clearly taken the role and made it his own. Respect to him. And good luck.

I thought last nights show was a load of **** TBH. All i want from a video games show is constant footage of games in action (cybernet) and nothing else. I don't care about piss take reviews with celebrities or interviews with games developers.

Some of you may like this type of thing but i just dod'nt give a **** about cheats, challenges etc etc.

The best video games show has always been Cybernet because they give me what i want.

I mean who gives a **** about the intro sequence to Game-Pad 4 and how they made it?

WTF does it have to do with the latest video games? Oh yeah it was made by the people who made one good game (star fox) and have made nothin but crap ever since.
