    Mario Kart Arcade GP DX

Coming out of nowhere, Nintendo and Namco have announced a third entry in the arcade Mario Kart series. The game features gliders like MK7 and will be fully revealed in just two weeks time.

An eShop release with all the tracks would be a great idea and good filler during dry spells though at the moment it seems arcade only like the previous entries which were good fun

Now all we need are some arcades to put them in!

Can't say I really liked the arcade Mario Karts; there's something about them that just doesn't feel right. And asking for another quid to play the next race when I've just come first is taking the piss a little.

It's good that they're creating another game specifically to fill a page in a future Mario Kart history book that will have people saying, whoa another arcade Mario Kart? I never even heard of that one. It's like they're filling some gaming public service remit or something. That's why Sega created that arcade Sonic game, right?

The arcade games are okay... but you need to be playing with mates. It helps when things are reasonably priced as well.

Here're some shots of what I get to doss on when I'm unfortunate enough to get dragged out 'shopping'. ;p

Is that Bugis? Did I mention I hate you?

Top two are, yeah. The bottom one is Arcadia which is at the top of Bugis+ just across the road.

Yeah, you already mentioned the hate.

What's worse is I'm hardly there... People don't play for fun in arcades concerning fighting games, especially not the SSF2T crowd.

I enjoy the arcade games for what they are, they're nowhere near the main series level but they have a charm

What if playing SSF2T while knowing exactly how to play was fun also? What if people enjoy competition in fighting games and find it fun?

Anyone knows on what board it runs on? I know that tatsunoko vs capcom was using a Wii based board, but i mario kart arcade GP2 was still using the triforce board.
