If you are going to act like one, then expect it ..

Someone close this thread before I say something I will almost certainly regret.

Do we? As far as I was concerned, it's the same game different name. Something that has been made sure cannot happen again.
You seem to be unable to comprehend that

A: The PGR name is owned by Microsoft
      and
B: They also own the entire gameplay mechanic

      therefore
It probably won't come out on a non-Microsoft console.

Wow this thread has livened up!

I think Original Bad Boy was talking about PGR as a single series as others were questioning why it won't be multi format. Quite rightfully he replied that Microsoft have always owned the series. Yes, Bizarre made MSR (Which Sega owned the IP rights) but PGR is owned by Microsoft.

It would be lovely if Sony have an Arcade racer (No, not Ridge Racer 7 Joe!) at launch & Microsoft have this. It'll be like 1995!

PGR was the only brilliant game in the franchise. As soon as it went 30fps it lost its feel.

So shut up all of you.

M$ was so in love with the franchise and loved Bizarre that they shut them down after one bad game, enough said.

No, Bizare wanted to do something different after PGR4 & Microsoft were not interested in their ideas aside from Project Gotham Racing.

Bizare sold themselves to Activision & it was Activision who then decided to sell them after Blur & Bond. When no interest was expressed, the studio was closed.

Are you trolling or just woefully uninformed?

Activision bought Bizarre creations just as they finished PGR4.
