I'd actually never heard of Strider! (Pretty sure I saw the main guy in a video review of some Capcom vs. game and wondered who he was though.)
According to the same source (well one of them, Steam Database but also a couple of Ratings Board) Castle of Illusion is coming to Steam/PSN/Xbox 360 too... Regardless of if that's a HD Remake or a straight port I'm looking forward to that one just to play it again and knock off all the achievements... I know that will get a massive groan from a lot here but I think they really add something to old games and give you a reason to play and see everything. I would have missed the Dog/other playable characters and a few other things in Jet Set Radio but for achievements, ditto the Jigsaws in Banjo Kazooie and... I'll get my coat? :/Comment

Castle of Illusion? You're talking about the Mickey Mouse MD game, right? That would need to be completely remade since the original hasn't aged that well to be honest.Comment

Really? Maybe I'm confusing it with a different Mickey Game then... I'm only really familiar with the NES/SNES Disney/Capcom games to be honest but I'm sure I've read about a great Mega Drive Disney game? It is Mickey Mouse: Castle of Illusion coming though. I'll probably pick it up anyway if just for curiosity's sake.

The Megadrive version of Castle of Illusion still looks good but does feel a bit basic. An HD remake of the Master System version would be awesome though.
A new Strider sounds good. The modern Rocket Knight was surprisingly decent but should have stuck with 2d art hopefully a new Strider would go the 2d route.Comment
