Supergiant Games (Bastion) announce new game, Transistor.

Supergiant Games is a small independent game development studio in San Francisco, known for its award-winning titles Hades, Pyre, Transistor, and Bastion.

Looks very similar to Bastion in style of art and play.
That's not a bad thing at all because Bastion was superb.
Game is due early 2014 with no platforms announced, yet.

    Trailer.

On a related note, the PC version of Bastion can be picked up super cheap from the Humble Bundle weekly sale.

Will be buying on the basis that Bastion was so bloomin' good.

Transistor - PC, PS4 (from the ppl behind Bastion)

It looks like Bastion, but in a sci-fi setting and with a girl with a big sword. It's out today - where's the love?!

Transistor's confusing, artful and ultimately dazzling - and it's wrapped around a combat system that encourages experimentation.

          Installing now

Ah, it looks like the PS4 version will arrive later on today:

Steam version was out an hour or so ago.

Tomorrow for PS4 - unless you're in the USA. Was a bit of chat about this game in the PS4 thread.

I will wait a bit to see if a Vita version turns up also.

Merged with the original thread that was ignored because it wasn't announced for PS4

How did I miss this thanks sony for your complete lack of intrest in this, an email would of been nice it's not like a new game on the ps4 is a weekly occurrence, I think this is why xbla Wednesdays and summer of arcade did so well you had something new to try every week and you could try before you buy too, why do we have to go backward this gen with stuff like this.

PS4 does get a new (normally Indie) PSN game 9 out of 10 Wednesdays Lebowski.
You need to keep an eye on pushsquare.com or the Playstation blog.
Release schedule here is fairly up to date

Agree with you about the lack of demos though, is shameful. Think only one or two demo's have been added to the UK PS4 store since Christmas - especially when USA accounts get demo's much more frequently.
