It's only a code name at the moment but it's the new game from the studio who created The Unfinished Swan. No details about platforms but I seem to remember reading that they had a thatgamecompany style deal with Sony for three games, could be wrong though.
Our next game is still kind of a secret.
The working title is "Edith Finch" and there's no release date yet or platforms announced.
It's not a sequel to The Unfinished Swan but it's not a million miles away either. If you like surreal experiences and games that aren't much like anything you've ever played before then you'll probably like it.
