It's a cracking game that can got cheap, half the city is from Arkham City. Certainly no less to it than that game. It was buggy but that was mostly patched out yonks ago

It's very much more of the same as Arkham City, so if you enjoyed it, you'll like Origins too.

I guess it might have been buggy at release, but I haven't really encountered major bugs, they must have patched most of them. Only once, the game crashed to black screen when I quit the game, but it didn't affect my save or anything, so I don't consider that a big deal.

I don't agree about the city being sparse or characterless, I think it's pretty atmospheric with the winter setting and snow blowing around.
